Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, provide exceptional customer service, and lead our front- and back-of-house teams. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
  • Work with the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
  • Communicate job expectations to staff, plan, monitor, and review performance, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the District Manager about operational and human resources issues.
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant meet standards.
  • Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Identify and resolve issues with food preparation and customer service.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
  • Manager Food Handler Certification required.
  • Restaurant experience is required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends and nights.
