Job Title: Software Trainer/Instructor

Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Schedule: M-F (day shift)

Duration: 2-3 month contract

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred), and/or relevant experience gained, and medical certifications earned.
  • Must have experience training physicians and/or other medical staff, especially in the delivery of care to patients, and/or have previous training experience in another field where interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
  • Candidates must be proficient with various types of technologies, including smartphones, tablet devices, and laptops, and be comfortable utilizing them while training physicians and other caregivers who will be actively employing the Photon application.
  • Candidates must have their own car for reliable transportation to each facility (each hospital will be within an hour of Flagstaff, Arizona).

Job Description:

A healthcare client of Insight Global's is seeking a temporary Software Trainer to educate doctors, physicians, and medical staff on a new healthcare mobile application. The trainer will be responsible for delivering on-site training sessions at various hospital locations. The trainer will work closely with customers to ensure a seamless implementation of the software application. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site training sessions to physicians and medical staff on the use of the healthcare mobile application.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their training needs and develop customized training plans.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
  • Act as a customer service representative, responding to phone calls, texts, and emails from medical providers and other trained users.
