Anaplan Solutions Architect/Lead Developer
ePace Technologies Inc is in search of a proficient Anaplan Solutions Architect/Lead Developer to enhance our team. In this role, you will take charge of architecting, developing, and deploying Anaplan solutions aimed at optimizing incentive compensation management, performance analytics, strategic planning, and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture their needs and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Design and implement Anaplan applications, focusing on data modeling and dashboard creation.
- Oversee the comprehensive Anaplan architecture, ensuring that new models and enhancements are integrated seamlessly and efficiently.
- Maintain and refine existing Anaplan models, gathering and delivering requirements for new functionalities to enhance automation, data integration, and user experience.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Anaplan applications to identify and rectify issues, ensuring peak performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, collaborating closely with end-users to meet their needs and resolve system-related challenges.
- Stay informed about the latest Anaplan features and improvements, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage them for enhanced management of incentive compensation, performance reporting, and planning processes.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and data analytics, to ensure cohesive integration of Anaplan with other systems and workflows.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with the Anaplan platform, including at least 3 implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Extensive expertise in Anaplan solution architecture and model development.
- Strong background in core financial processes and broader enterprise performance management, including incentive compensation management, performance analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Adept at creating integrated, end-to-end solutions.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to constructively challenge and improve upon existing processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while being a resourceful, independent self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in documenting complex models and processes clearly and professionally.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding user experience.
- Anaplan certification is advantageous.
