As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our Medical Oncology Unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit during your designated shift.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of medical experience, preferably with charge experience, and be a registered nurse with an Associate Degree. You will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in quality assessment, collaborate with subject matter experts, and support a patient-first philosophy. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, manage staff scheduling, and ensure proper inventory control. Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
