We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Medical Oncology Unit. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit during the designated shift.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services provided in the unit
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RN license
  • At least 2 years of medical experience
  • Basic cardiac life support certification

The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
