As an Automotive Repair Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face that guides our clients through their auto repair journeys. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to simplify complex auto repair jargon into relatable terms, ensuring our customers feel understood and valued. Your passion for making a difference will shine as you listen to clients' concerns, expertly coordinating with our technicians to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients and technicians

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in auto repair is helpful but not required
