Maternal Care Nursing Position

Located in Frisco, Texas, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Mother/Baby unit as a Senior Maternity Nurse Specialist. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care and fostering professional growth within a supportive environment.

About the Role

We offer an attractive salary range of $32 - $53 per hour for this position, providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and dedication to maternal care.

In this senior nursing role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Mother/Baby unit, assessing their needs, and developing effective care plans.
  • Engaging in continuous education and training to advance your nursing skills and knowledge in obstetrics and neonatal care.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care and provide education to families.
Unit Details

The Mother/Baby unit is equipped with 20 beds, with a patient ratio of 1:6. Our unit features 24/7 OB hospitalist and anesthesia support, along with competitive pay rates, tuition reimbursement, and bonus programs based on quality initiatives.

We are recognized nationally for our maternity care and hold a Level III maternal designation. Our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement sets us apart from other healthcare providers.

Key Qualifications
  • A graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • A current and valid nursing license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
