Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Scheduler to provide scheduling services within our Capital Projects division.

Key Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years of scheduling experience in a regulated environment (Pharmaceutical/Biotech preferred).
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Work Schedule: Administrative hours, adaptable to business requirements.
  • Availability: Part-time, on-site work required for two consecutive weeks, with support every two weeks.
  • Experience in:
    • Engineering, Construction, and CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) processes.
    • Operational Readiness initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) team, Construction Manager, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Track project progress through site visits and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Cost Managers.
  • Promptly communicate any schedule changes to relevant parties.
  • Lead schedule coordination meetings across various disciplines, including Engineering, Construction, CQV, and Operational Readiness.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate project timelines and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
