Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and coordinate various office operations and procedures, including typing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, filing paperwork, and requisitioning supplies.
- Formulate procedures for detailed retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Assist in coordinating activities of various clerical work within multiple departments.
- Aid unit management in preparing organizational invoices and monthly financial and other accounting and office responsibilities as needed.
- Compile, store, and retrieve managerial data.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Basic accounting skills required.
- Use logical and critical thinking to perform a variety of office and accounting tasks that may require specialized skills and knowledge.
- Make decisions based on company and client policy as well as good judgment.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately without constant close supervision.
- Work well both in a team and individually.
- Able to lead and supervise others.
- Speak, write, and type clearly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Take initiative to plan own daily tasks without needing direct instruction all the time.
- Good at problem solving and adapting.
- Proficient with all Microsoft office applications.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skill required: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, General functions and formulas.
