About the Role

We are seeking a flexible secondary income option for a PRN Medical Assistant to provide support to our clinics across the DFW area whenever needed.

Your role will include aiding in patient care and managing clinic operations to maintain exceptional service standards at various sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide assistance to patients, ready examination rooms, and conduct fundamental medical tasks, including the collection of vital signs.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee patient documentation, aid in appointment scheduling, and manage reception duties such as patient registration and processing payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate intimately with medical staff to promote streamlined clinic workflows and enhance patient contentment.
Requirements
  • Active Medical Assistant Certification and BLS CPR Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred
  • Reliable transportation access
