Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Formulate and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our subscription services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Create, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental methodologies to consistently enhance product features, user experience, and subscription frameworks.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and areas for enhancement. Leverage insights to guide product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to guarantee successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Collect and assess customer feedback and insights to guide product development. Monitor customer satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with subscription growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Market Research: Remain informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in subscription management and A/B testing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product management, with a strong emphasis on subscription-based offerings and A/B testing.
  • Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong aptitude for interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing Expertise: Extensive experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental approaches within a product management context.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools, product analytics platforms, and possessing a foundational understanding of software development processes.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with a proven ability to create products that engage and retain customers.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, driving results through influence and negotiation.
