Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $20.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Team Leader:
  • Organize, select, and package products for shipment
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials as needed
  • Conduct inventory checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide guidance, assign tasks, and communicate effectively with a team of up to 11 associates
  • Follow all safety protocols
Shift Availability:

Day Shift (1st Shift)

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong judgment and attention to safety and detail
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing
  • Background screening is required
