We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our Corporate Communications team as an internal communications content manager.



About the Role

This is a key position responsible for enhancing employee engagement across our organization through strategic internal communications.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and culture.
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality internal communications content, including emails, announcements, and intranet articles.
  • Design and implement a consistent visual identity and corporate brand presence across all Intranet content and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's culture, values, and vision to effectively communicate with associates.
  • Maintain and improve the information architecture and content quality on our intranet, the Porch.
  • Develop and curate content for the Porch to foster engagement and connection among associates.
  • Conduct research to understand intranet user needs and maintain a good understanding of industry best practices and new technological opportunities.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and intranet platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
