About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Medcor Inc. as a Primary Care Provider for our employer-based clinic in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent primary clinical care in an occupational and urgent care health clinic
  • Collaborate with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor, other advocates, and key contacts within the client's corporate structure
  • Work closely with on-site medical staff operating in the clinic and focus on team care across the Medcor operation for this client
  • Diagnose and treat workers' compensation injuries and illnesses, provide urgent care, surveillance and regulatory exams, and preventative services
Requirements
  • Valid unrestricted Massachusetts licensure
  • Current DEA & BLS certifications
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
  • Positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with patients, clients and colleagues
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment
  • Occupational health experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work-site clinic experience
