About the Role:

Daily Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Mizner Front Desk Clerk to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service, process guest check-ins and check-outs, and perform daily tasks, including reviewing online travel agent sites and assigning RCI units.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in timeshare or resort management, to join a dynamic team and develop their skills further.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Review online travel agent sites and assign RCI units
  • Perform daily tasks, including a registration form check and shift checklist

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in timeshare or resort management
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer software skills, including Excel and Word
