Financial Leadership Opportunity

In partnership with a leading oilfield services company, TBG | The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Lead Accountant to join their team. As a key player in the organization's financial management, this role will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounting processes.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end close activities.
  • Prepare and present financial schedules to senior leadership and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit inquiries and quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain expertise in US GAAP and IFRS regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics and Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
