Sales Support Coordinator II Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator II to provide administrative support to our sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, generating reports, and maintaining system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales teams, including data entry, report generation, and system maintenance.
  • Partner with proposal units to respond to RFPs and maintain system updates.
  • Research and resolve routine sales, claims, and benefit issues.
  • Input and track sales data to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate and review periodic and ad-hoc sales reports for brokers, clients, and sales teams.
  • Recommend changes in procedures or methods to improve team efficiency.
  • Engage and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of general administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
