Compensation: Competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in risk assessment, risk management, and process oversight through Data Analysis, Process Monitoring, Process Control, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Support Quality Engineers in the management of Corrective Action Systems.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements in composite manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct quality inspection tasks.
  • Engage in engineering laboratory activities utilizing basic hand tools.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize data to create fundamental test reports based on provided templates.
  • Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timelines and budgeted hours.
  • Provide management with insights regarding potential issues.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, having completed at least two years at an accredited institution in Engineering or a related field, with coursework in Statics, Dynamics, Strength of Materials, Calculus, or Statistics.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for aerospace, manufacturing, and innovation.
  • Ability to work autonomously, learn new skills, manage multiple responsibilities, solve problems, meet deadlines, and exhibit strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint.
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
