Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our Quality team. This role is essential in supporting warranty processes and will primarily focus on eRCV warranty activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage parts sent directly from customers.
- Document part information into the warranty log maintained by the administrator.
- Prepare test requests and ensure parts are ready for evaluation.
- Analyze test reports to determine if further testing is required or if results can be communicated back to the administrator.
- Input additional data from test outcomes into the warranty log.
- Conduct in-depth testing to identify specific failure modes.
- Perform specialized analyses or tests as requested.
- Assist in investigating warranty failures.
- Coordinate the preparation and shipment of parts to suppliers as necessary.
- Regularly prepare data for review with senior engineering and quality teams.
- Develop expertise in eRCV tear-down processes to maintain part integrity for further analysis.
Additional Duties
- Support warranty initiatives for upcoming product launches.
- Assist with air filter warranty claims.
- Prepare claims for bulk upload into warranty systems.
- Act as a backup for processing warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the warranty team to fulfill testing requests.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. This position may necessitate compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $61,021 to $67,800, reflecting a good faith estimate based on relevant factors, including qualifications and experience.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, and additional benefits may include options such as a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, and Health Savings Accounts.
