Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):
- Creating and executing treatment plans tailored to the physical, cognitive, and emotional requirements of patients
- Evaluating cognitive, language, and swallowing abilities to ensure patient safety and recommend necessary adjustments or equipment
- Educating patients and their caregivers on relevant topics
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Requirements:
- Home healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must possess a valid MA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, utilize a computer, and navigate electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
