Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Perioperative and Procedural Care Units, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration in nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • MSN, DNP, PhD, or a BSN with a master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years nursing leadership experience, preferably in an academic medical center perioperative and/or intensive care setting.
  • Certification in specialty (preferred).
