Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy

SUMMARY
Accountable for formulating and implementing the sales strategy for the Wheel Service division across the Americas, aiming to enhance market presence.

Lead a dedicated sales force and collaborate closely with training, marketing, engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of the Wheel Service product offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and execute the Wheel Service strategy for the Americas.
Drive sales growth in pivotal channels and customer segments to increase market share.
Establish annual sales and profitability objectives, ensuring they are met or surpassed.
Provide essential market insights and solutions to enhance other functional areas.
Develop and lead the sales team to implement the selling strategy by channel and segment.
Communicate effectively with independent sales representatives to ensure adherence to their specific sales plans.

Regularly assess the overall go-to-market strategy to identify necessary adjustments for achieving sales targets.

Transform the sales organization over time to align with business growth objectives.

Evaluate resource requirements and necessary investments to achieve market penetration and growth based on the established strategy.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and disseminate relevant materials and information into the marketplace.

Assist in crafting sales forecasts through analysis of economic trends, industry data, and additional sales channels.

Oversee the field's annual operating budget and maintain controls to ensure compliance with allocations.

Engage with field personnel, including Regional Managers and Sales Representatives, to promote company initiatives, distributor relationships, and new sales and marketing programs.

CRITICAL SHORT-TERM OBJECTIVES
Develop and implement a Wheel Service Business strategy that includes:
Creation of a go-to-market strategy
Expansion of market share
Reduction of customer setup time
Enhancement of Wheel Service Network capabilities
Improvement of customer uptime.
OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS – Skills and Experience
In-depth knowledge of the Wheel Service market in the Americas.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling Wheel Service and related equipment in the Americas.
Proven ability to set strategic direction and build effective teams.
Self-driven work ethic with a strong sense of urgency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in team building and employee motivation.
Ability to foster positive relationships at all organizational levels.
Robust business acumen; strategic and analytical thinker.
Willingness to travel as needed.
