Position Overview:
Sovah Health is seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support to the Case Management department. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication with insurance providers, ensuring that all correspondence is directed to the appropriate Utilization Review Case Manager (URCM).
• Accurately input data as required and assist in securing necessary authorizations and managing appeals.
• Oversee the e-request queue and prepare various written communications, including correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining filing systems, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.

• Respond to inquiries professionally, escalating issues as needed, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to facilitate patient scheduling and progression.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient or case data in the computerized scheduling system and generate statistical reports as required.
• Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained, monitoring office equipment and supplies.

• Input Kronos exception forms daily and assist in the timely completion of payroll processes.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred.
