Job Title: RN - Case Manager

About Our Health System:

SOVAH Danville is a 250-bed hospital located in Danville, VA, and is part of LifePoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. Our hospital has a lower than national average patient ratio, and our team's approach to offering safe discharge planning is the use of a Utilization RN and Case Manager RN, in conjunction with a Social Worker.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Experience in Utilization Review preferred
  • Flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
