Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Oversee a team and manage daily maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of resident service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, along with other essential duties to uphold the property's condition, value, and aesthetic appeal.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in various aspects of apartment maintenance and building trades, particularly in plumbing and HVAC.
  • CPO and EPA Universal Certifications.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • A current, valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Experience in the residential real estate or hospitality sectors.
  • A professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to residents and effectively managing vendor relationships.
  • Availability for emergency/on-call situations, including some weekends.
