This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring the resort brand to life through events, activations, and partnerships. As a key member of the Resort Marketing Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive guest engagement and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, event planning, and communication. You will be responsible for collaborating with external agencies and vendors to execute activations, events, and brand experiences that elevate the guest experience. This includes managing complex workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Additionally, this role involves assisting in the ideation and execution of partner integrations on-mountain and in-resort. You will work closely with the Strategic Alliance team to create opportunities and value for strategic alliance partners, including delivering successful partner events, activation, signage, and other deliverables.
You will also assist in content capture and promotion of the resort, including hosting brand and photo shoots with third-party creative and content vendors. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the flow of content from the resort location into the centralized content and creative teams.
In terms of in-resort messaging, signage, and guest-facing promotional materials, you will oversee all aspects of ensuring the manifestation of the resort's brand as part of the in-resort guest experience. This includes creating and deploying in-resort signage and messaging and guest communications.
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed. Reliable transportation to and from the resort is also required. We are looking for a self-starter who is ambitious, multi-tasking, and has excellent English language and writing skills.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $20.74-$22.00 per hour, based on industry standards and market conditions. The exact salary will be determined based on various factors, including your level of experience and qualifications.
