Salary: The expected pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Engineering Department, including completing and comprehensive entry of maintenance work orders, issuing work requests, and clarifying priorities. You will also be responsible for maintaining the checkbook, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll editing and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in a related hospitality position
  • Valid CO Driver's license
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Office, and data entry
  • Punctual, articulate, and able to manage a checkbook
  • Must be able to Lift up to 50lbs
