Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a professional business appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Manager and Sales Manager, including daily logging and distribution of sales, ensuring accurate correspondence, and answering phone calls.
  • Take detailed inquiry leads over the phone and submit to the appropriate manager.
  • Support the reservations team with entering individual and group block reservations into the computer system.
  • Order office supplies and maintain functionality of office equipment.
  • Assist the marketing team with website and online advertising.
  • Ensure the facility is clean at all times, primarily the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Serve as a greeter to guests and schedule venue tours.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree (desired).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
