Job Title:
Administrative Assistant (PT)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Manager and Sales Manager, including data entry, correspondence, and customer service.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Assist with scheduling venue tours and providing support to the reservations team.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree (desired).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, working Tuesday through Thursday (11:00 am to 3:00 pm) at the LaMarr Civic Center in Eufaula, AL. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
