Job Title: Teller

Partners 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a skilled Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming members and processing financial transactions with efficiency and accuracy
  • Providing friendly, professional, and confidential assistance to members and company associates
  • Balancing cash drawers daily and notifying supervisors of any discrepancies
  • Receiving loan payments and savings deposits, addressing inquiries, and recording amounts and dates of payments
  • Issuing cashier's checks, receiving currency for coin, and verifying amounts
  • Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices, and products
Requirements:
  • Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • High school degree or GED required
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions:

Must be able to perform work indoors in a climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.

Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.

Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
