Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Partners 1st Federal Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming members and processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing friendly and professional assistance to members and company associates
  • Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records
  • Receiving loan payments and savings deposits, and addressing member inquiries
  • Issuing cashier's checks and verifying amounts
  • Researching and resolving member and internal inquiries
  • Assisting other departments and branches with transactions as needed
Requirements
  • Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • High school degree or GED required
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise. Must be able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time, and perform routine office equipment tasks.

Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
