Job Summary
Description:

Partners 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process financial transactions and provide exceptional customer service to members.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about credit union products and services to effectively cross-sell and promote.

• Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with other departments and branches to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required.

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

• Work in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal noise.

• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

• Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.

• Use routine office equipment, including a computer, telephone, and calculator.
