Job Overview

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Corporate Store, a leading heating and cooling specialist in the Cincinnati area, is seeking an exceptional HVAC Service Technician. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, educating clients about technical and investment decisions, and delivering top-notch service calls to customers' homes.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to $120,000 annually, including hourly rate plus commission pay structure. Our technicians can earn excellent benefits, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, training and development opportunities, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Expertly service and repair HVAC systems and components for One Hour clients.
  • Maintain technical excellence to meet the company's unique proposition: Always on Time or You Don't Pay a Dime.
  • Utilize the Straight Forward Pricing Guide system, including the True Cost Calculator on each call.
  • Assess systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations, explaining services and repairs to clients and ensuring 100% satisfaction.
  • Test systems after each service or repair to guarantee proper functioning.
  • Perform thorough inspections to prevent future breakdowns.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and document recommendations on invoices.
  • Explain Club Membership Agreements to customers and maintain conversion rates.
  • Provide customer leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator when identifying potential needs for system additions or replacements.
  • Foster a commitment to the One Hour Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
