Breakfast Host Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Host to join our team at Cincinnati Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Eastgate. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Breakfast Operations: Set up breakfast at scheduled times, ensuring that breakfast items are stocked and available to guests according to company standards.
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, accommodate special requests as needed, and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Inventory Management: Regularly inventory breakfast items, order or purchase necessary supplies, and provide receipts to the General Manager.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and perform all other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
- Open morning availability, preferably between 6am – 12pm
- A passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
