Job Description
We're seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team-based practice in Fort Collins, CO. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Must have 2 years of experience, post-residency
- Must hold current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or FP/OB is required
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Must be actively registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; EPIC experience helpful, Athena preferred
- OB responsibilities include providing prenatal care, evaluating and managing prenatal issues, appropriate consultations, management of intrapartum and postpartum care, coordinated coverage of OB patients
The total compensation range for this role is $220,000 to $320,000+ with upside opportunity based on production and performance. The selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan.
