Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paint Technician to join our team at Arconic in Cranberry Township, PA. As a key member of our paint department, you will play a critical role in the production of our aluminum sticks for commercial windows.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a painter and/or shake and bake technician

• Assist the hourly team lead and train other paint employees

• Monitor ovens, washers, and reoxidizers to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform data entry into the paint line computer system

• Conduct quality checks and perform TPM/AM as required

• Use hand tools and other required equipment to perform duties

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments

Qualifications:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• EPA, OSHA, and DOT certified/trained

Preferred Qualifications:

• Painter experience in a manufacturing environment
