Handyman Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing plumbing and electrical issues, and conducting inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

1. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, drywall repairs, and basic carpentry work.
2. Plumbing and Electrical: Address plumbing and electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Inspections: Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
4. Appliance and Equipment Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
5. Landscaping and Outdoor Maintenance: Handle tasks related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.
7. Timely Response: Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
8. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
