Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented and visionary Corporate Culinary Innovator to spearhead our product development and food science efforts. The successful candidate will have a robust background in culinary arts, food science, and a keen awareness of market trends affecting both Foodservice Operators and Retail Consumers.

This role demands a strategic mindset capable of overseeing detailed execution in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record in managing projects from conception to market launch is essential.


Qualifications:

Education:
Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Culinary Arts or Food Science, and be actively engaged in relevant industry associations.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in culinary research or product development, with a demonstrated history of successful product launches. A solid understanding of food science principles, including ingredient functionality and sensory evaluation, is crucial.

Skills:
Exceptional project management abilities, strong leadership, and communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, along with experience in the food manufacturing sector and knowledge of statistical analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development:

    Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative food products that align with market demands. Collaborate with various teams to conduct comprehensive market research and refine product offerings.

  • Food Science:

    Utilize food science principles to enhance product safety, quality, and shelf life. Stay informed about food regulations and implement new technologies to drive product innovation.

  • Team Leadership:

    Encourage a culture of creativity and support within the culinary team, providing technical guidance and assistance as needed.

  • Business Strategy:

    Manage budgets for Culinary and New Product Development, analyzing product performance to guide future strategies.
