Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Memory Care to join our team at LCB Senior Living, LLC. As a Caregiver / Memory Care, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage residents in meaningful interactions and activities, promoting socialization and cognitive stimulation.
  • Monitor residents' needs and preferences, reporting any changes to the RN or designee.
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks as needed.
  • Participate in on-going training programs and education requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
