We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our maintenance team at Daily Management Inc. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the mechanical needs of our resort, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting production machines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as necessary.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on machines.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair of machines, equipment and HVAC facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing and carpentry functions.
- Detect faulty operations and defective materials.
- Able to respond to any type of emergency.
- Assists in cleaning the maintenance shop.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- HVAC Certification and diploma (Universal) required, OSHA 10 Certified preferred.
- One to three years of maintenance/mechanical experience (including HVAC) in a multi-unit property (hotel, resort, condominium or apartment complex).
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is required to use his/her hands and fingers to feel, and reach for objects of various sizes, shapes and. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at time.
Standards of Appearance and ConductThis position is highly visible in all resort areas, team members must present a clean professional appearance and must adhere to Daily Management, Inc., Local Standard Operating Procedures-Standards of Appearance.
