Critical Care Nurse

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Amare Medical Network. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
* Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
* Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the United States
* BSN degree or higher
* 1+ year of experience in ICU nursing
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
