At Amare Medical Network, we are seeking highly skilled ICU Registered Nurses to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and observing patients with critical medical, surgical, and traumatized conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close monitoring and observation of patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration.
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience working in an ICU setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
