Critical Care Nurse Job Description
At Amare Medical Network, we are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
* 1+ year of experience in ICU or critical care nursing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
