About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty RN to provide high-quality nursing care to students in a school setting. As a Private Duty RN, you will work independently to deliver consistent and personalized care to students with chronic or terminal conditions.
Responsibilities- Monitor students' vitals and symptoms, administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide skilled nursing care, including medication management and assistance with feeding and hygiene
- Collaborate with the care team to monitor progress and respond to treatment changes
- Provide emotional support to students and families
To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed RN with the ability to obtain MD state licensure. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
