Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Concentra. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, and ancillary tests.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining exam rooms, lab areas, and treatment rooms clean and stocked.
  • Assist in medical record maintenance and safeguard confidentiality of employee health information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and peers.
  • Perform front office clerical duties, including answering telephones, check-in, check-out, and record processing.
  • Dispense medications as directed by practitioners and in accordance with state regulations.
  • Maintain and operate all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping.
  • Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Current registration/license in the state where employed.
  • Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification.
Job-Related Experience:
  • Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field.

  • The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $34.68 to $47 hourly, depending on job-related factors.
