We have an excellent opportunity available within our Community Support Services team located on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. This role will work closely with a physician to achieve quality outcomes for patients. The ideal candidate will assist the provider with patient visits, medication injections, and routine laboratory tests.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a physician
  • Assisting with patient visits and medication injections
  • Performing routine laboratory tests and point-of-care testing

**Requirements**

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing or non-accredited school with three years of related experience
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

**Estimated Salary:** $65,800 - $81,200 per year
