Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery including Table Benders, Shear Lines, Automatic Benders, and Overhead Cranes.
- Follow company safety protocols and uphold core values.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Efficiently meet client deadlines.
Required Skills:
Ability to work flexible shifts, including day or night.
Willingness to work overtime as needed, often with minimal notice.
Capability to perform tasks in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
Basic mathematical skills necessary for job functions.
Strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service.
