Job Summary

The Nursing Care Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and evaluating patient outcomes. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2-year/Associate Degree in Nursing from a state-accredited school (required)
  • Current Georgia RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification (required)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
