Job Summary

The Network Administrator is a key member of our IT team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, services, and standards, as well as experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision, configure, operate, support, and maintain network, server, storage, backup, and application infrastructures
  • Monitor network and server infrastructure, respond to alerts, and handle tickets/requests to resolve issues in accordance with SLAs
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth, upgrade, and improvement of the IT department
  • Participate in after-hours support and perform maintenance tasks at times that minimize impact on customers and employees
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience installing and supporting enterprise networks
  • Proficiency in network protocols, services, and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools
  • Flexibility to perform maintenance cycles outside of normal business hours
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong customer service skills; able to translate business needs into solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSE
  • Degree in an Information Technology related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of network administration experience
  • Experience with Fortinet hardware, MFA, SD-WAN, RADIUS, ZTNA, Windows Server, SQL databases, Linux, and patch management
