Responsibilities- Provide nursing services to adults with mental health diagnoses, including assessments, referrals, crisis services, and case management.
- Administer prescribed medications, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate medical services for consumers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in AMHS Healthcare Integration projects, managing data and outcomes.
- Provide consultation with primary care physicians and community resources.
- Assist with staff training and development as needed.
- Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse required.
- One year of experience in treating or working with persons with mental illness preferred.
- First Aid and CPR Certification required.
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation for job-related use required.
- Familiarity with computers required.
- Employment offers will be contingent upon background verification and credentialing procedures, including Michigan State Police clearance check, verification of professional license, Medicaid/Medicare verification, and verification of acceptable driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
$59,779 - $71,336 annually, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Full-time benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and additional 457 plan available.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness, time off, and 13 holidays.
